What are the differences between the Sony KF-60WE610 and the Sony KDF-60XBR950

I am thinking about buying the Sony KF-60WE610 but I've just heard that Sony will be coming out with the XBR version KDF-60XBR950 ... So I am wondering:

1, is the picture on the KDF-60XBR950 better than the KF-60WE610 ?

2, Is it worth the extra money ?
