Splitters and digital channels

I have time warner cable..TWC.. which enters the house and goes through a TWC threeway splitter. I added a TV on the porch and purchased a 5/1100 MHz splitter to split the cable which goes into the bedroom into two for the new porch TV. Prior to adding the porch TV, all three legs of the TWC splitter were occupied with 1 cable modem, 1 std TV, and one digital cable box. The porch TV works fine for all channels except the HD channels which when selected, shows a no signal screen. I can disconnect the new splitter and hook the porch TV directly to the TWC threeway splitter and it works fine receieving the HD channels. I verified also that the cable I added works fine. Is there a way to add another TV...splitter... to the TWC splitter without losing the HD channels? If I call them to address the issue, will they charge me monthly for another TV hookup?
Thanks any insights you may have!!
