My Vizio VL260M TV developed a problem I'm trying to troubleshoot
Basically there is noise in the video signal that has a pretty regular pattern to it First of all it happens on regular intervals - screen is OK for 2-3 sec and then it is noisy for 2-3 sec. Also it's just the bottom half of the screen that is distorted
