When you talk about public or private server in satellite world, what do you actually mean and how do you set this up?

I am reading lot of this terminalogy and was curious to know.

Thanks.

Private Server is similar to card sharing with a few friends.
Public server is where anybody with the right hardware and firmware can access a site for IKS service.

Why you want to come back? SV is using the same file for private and public, then they have the same problems, freezing,CCE(channel change error) on all channels, DN is like Pacquiao now
you have to choose one channel from a few as 105 and to do that you have to unplug LNB's cable, (turn off stb from back sw, disconnect cable ,turn on choose one channel, turn off, connect lnb cable turn on and watch one channel .

Temporal Solution to Channel Change Error

Follow this Step by step

1) Go to Dish Settings and turn off LNB Power to all the sats you use.
2) Save and Exit.
3)Insert a USB stick and go to USB File List.
4)Press Red Button to Upload channel list (this will save dish settings also)

Done

When you want to change channels all you have to do is go back to USB list and load the Channel BIN
This will automaticlly turn off LNB Power and reboot.
NO GETTING UP. NO POWER SWITCH. NO DISCONNECTING CABLES.
After reboot, change to new channel, go to Dish Settings and switch on LNB Power for that sat.

Dosen't works, The stb has to be reboot back switch too, I did it the ways when post for first time 3 days ago.
1) Go to Dish Settings and turn off LNB Power to all the sats you use.
this is the problem, only rebooting with back sw the stb I could change the lnb's power ON , the same thing
