I have a very low priced voip service and have been faxing using the conventional fax machine without any difficulty. I have also received faxes on it. In general most of Voip is capable of conventional fax.
I looked at user comments (about 30 of them) at OOMA site and did not come accorss any which said anything about fax! Your best bet is to call them
