Did you lodge a complaint with paypal.If the company won't answer you then go through paypal and they will locate them for you.They have more info then you will find about them.I have used them twice and I received satisfaction both times.Try this Canadian company if you need anything in the future.http://www.onesat.ca/Free-to-Air-FTA-Digital-Satellite-Receivers-Canada-s/35.htm Plus there is no PST on any product purchased from them because they are in Alberta.
Each day, from 11 to 15 pm, (more than 5 to 6 times). for their web site, the shop is closed (Message :Sorry, the shop is inaccessible temporarily. Please try again later.). My order is still in the system, with 'processed' status. They don't answer to email, and the phone mail box is full.
