Samsung hlp4663w - lamp light blinks - nothing else

Unit is about 3 years old.
No picture, no sound. Lamp light will blink forever (but no other lights)...left it plugged in overnight, lamp light still blinking. Tried unplugging for several minutes. As soon as I plug back it, the lamp light blinks again (without me pushing the power button). Pushing the power button does nothing (seems to be stuck in a endless cycle with the blinking lamp light).
Fan in back is working. Several lights on analog board and digital board are on.
Ballest gets 300+Volts. No power to the bulb wires.
Cannot tell if colorwheel is moving, but I'd guess not (no sound).
Any ideas? Thanks in advance for all the help.

A bit more info....
TV worked fine before going on vacation. Upon return, nothing except the blinking lamp light (and a click from the power board, and fans kicking on). Possibly caused by lightning?

Below is from the service manual. How do I know my color wheel is moving? Should I hear it?

FYI, when checking pin 1 on CN503, I get only a small fraction of a volt.

Love the logic that says replace one part, then if nothing replace another piece.

Thanks in advance for your help.
