Flat cable question

I relocated my HDTV, cable box, and audio system to a wall opposite the wall with my coax cable feed. I'm in an apartment and not allowed to pull cable. I'd like to avoid routing 150ft coax cable around the doors, etc, just to get across the room. I've read about flat wire that can be laid under a rug. I've found 3-way AV wire with RCA connectors, but nothing for coax cable. I understand that coax wire requires 75Ohm resistance for audio and 100Ohm for video -- I'm not very knowledgable about this stuff but want be sure I don't want to do something damaging. If anyone knows of a cable solution that would work for this, or if you know if it's safe to use RCA flat wire with a pair of coax-RCA adapters, I'd be happy to hear from you. Thanks
