Yo can do it in two ways.
1. If your TV has an VGA input, you can use your TV as monitor and watch whatever is on you screen.
2. If you have a laptop which has an S-Video out, you can use an S-Video cable to connect to the S-Video in on your TV and use TV as your monitor or have dual display on laptop and TV simultaneously.
or If you have a Graphics card with Video out the you can connect it to the RCA Video in on the TV and get picture on TV.

IF TV is "glass tube....
Picture will be of verry poor quality

Internet signals are VGA quality or better
Televison signals on older sets are anolog...
Internet to TV its here.....but a flat panel LCD type set is perferred....

Purchased my 40" Mits in 1995 while living in Myrtle Beach,SC. Paid $3,300.00 with stand as I knew I had to have it. Today, in 2008, the picture from digital satelite is as clear, bright and sharp as ever. Unbelievably clear. I am retired and this TV is on 12 hours a day as background noise to keep me company. May wind up using it for my coffin as it looks like it will outlive me.
