Help! I have a new DVD player and an older Zenith TV. when I hook the DVD player to the TV with the Red, Yellow, and White Cords, I cannot get it to work.
I think I am having trouble finding the right "channel". The Auxillary Channel doesn't seem to work, and the TV remote has no buttons for "Cable, Video, etc.". Any ideas?
The only way to fix your problem that I know of is, to run your dvd player through a vcr then to your tv. Make sure the vcr has an input select button or something equal to it. To watch dvd just press the input select button.
In most cases running a DVD through a VCR will give copy protection problems. Look for an input button on the remote. Some RCA TVs have the line input on channels in the 90s, I don't know about Zenith.
