Mr. Sammy Customer service says "This TV has several restrictions put on PIP. There is a chart in the back of the manual that explains this. In further explanation, the ONLY way PIP will work is if you are using an OTA (Over The Air) antenna and watching an HDTV channel, OR, if you are using the internal QAM tuner and watching a digital cable channel as the main source. PIP will not function in ANY other inputs. PIP will not work if you are using a cable or satellite box. There is NO other way to get PIP to work other than having one of those 2 sources I just mentioned as the main source. Then, at that point, any source can be in the sub window. There is no way around this, this is how the TV operates. " btw The manual is NOT CLEAR
