I am about to buy a DVD recorder so that I can copy VHS tapes onto DVD. I also want to record onto DVD from satellite TV. I'm not sure whether to buy a VHS and DVD recorder all in one, or a stand-alone DVD recorder and cables to connect to my VHS. Which is better quality for recording onto DVD? Thanks for any help.
