I have an elderly neighbor on a fixed income who was having a convergence problem with his TV. I read the users manual and restored the factory settings, saved them and it fixed the convergence problem. Picture was great, that was until we turned the tv off and when it was turned on again the convergence was messed up again. I know I saved the settings. Any help or an idea of the cost to fix this would be helpful.
