i have a 36inch phillips tv that is 3yrs old i was gone for a few months and it was on a uneated porch for 3month it worked before i left and now it does not what can i do
Is the TV plugged into a surge protector that might have operated for one reason or another? If so, be sure to reset it. Have you tried to power the TV on by the power button on the TV AND by the remote? Does the TV show any lights on at all and is there any sound? If your TV has no power or sound in may be in the power supply board. If you end up by calling a TV repair shop be sure and ask if they might have the necessary parts on the truck for the power board when they come to your house to take a look. This is what I ended up doing and it cost me $314 for an on-site fix.
