Not sure if anyone can help or if this is the right place to post but here goes... My toddler messed around with the TV buttons and has now blocked ALL the channels by somehow activating the Parental Controls feature. It is Numerical Password protected but I have no idea what buttons he pushed. How do I reset my TV so I can actually watch it again. Have not heard back from RCA customer support. Thank you anyone if you can help me with this problem. It is a 13" RCA E13341 Chokky

Ron over at the Techlore site helped me fix my problem...here is the solution for anyone else stuck with my same problem....it worked...my tv is fixed and I am happy again. Thanks Ron!
Try resetting the password to 0000 by pressing and holding the volume down and the channel up buttons simultaneously for five seconds. See if that works.
