Plan to make copies of my DVD collection using my Panasonic F87 to record by S-video to my Panasonic DMR-E80H. Have read the specs on the DVD Pro(79.00), Video Magic/dvd(79.00)and The Clarifier(129.00). According to the spec sheet all seem to work.
Does anyone have any experience with these devices regarding quality of the copy? Effectiveness with the Panasonic equipment? Picture distortion? Ability to remove all copy guards? If all else is even should we make the decision based on price?
In a very limited manner I would also like to back up DVD's to my Sony VCR; however this is not critical and would quickly give this feature up if it would impact dvd quality.
