Y, Cr, Cb : Is this component video?

It has inputs that say "colorstream" DVD Video inputs and are labeled Y, Cr, Cb. Are these Component video, or some early attempt at something else? I know Component jacks have Y, Pr, and Pb, not Y, Cr, Cb. Has anyone ever seen this? I am getting a Component cable to test it out.
