i am new on here and looking for some advice, I have recently moved in with a mate who has an LG plasma and surround sound. The surround works fine when watching a DVD but doesnt come on when watching tv! He reckons he has tried lots of things but can get it sorted. I think it cant be that hard!! I have had a look at the cable set up and it seems like this:
ANtenna from wall goes to sky box
Seperate Antenna from sky box goes to tv
red/yellow/white with scart to sky box from surround
Hdmi from surround sound to tv
The speakers are all plugged in and working when dvd is on. ANy ideas would be appreciated.

Posted on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 - 14:48 GMT It really depends on the signals coming from the skybox. If the source signal is not in surround sound, guess what?
Your receiver can simulate the surround sound, read the manual. |
