Posted on Friday, December 03, 2010 - 16:16 GMT Is your satellite box HD? If not, you may need to upgrade. Make sure the channel you're watching is HD. What type of connection are you using? Digital coax, digital, optic or HDMI should work. You may have to go into menus and switch things in your sat box, TV or both. If none of this works, call direct TV. They might be able to help you via phone or send a tech out. They shouldn't charge for it. |
