Originally I was looking at the 770, but was turned off by the size (I hope to later move this system into a bedroom).

There are some great deals on Infinity Primus stuff over at Compusa, but Primus is even bigger than the 770.

The two HTIB's I'm still looking at is the Athena Micra 6 set on sale at BB for 299.99 and the HT240/SR502 combo deal at Vanns for $560.

In a small apartment living room and a small to medium sized bedroom, I don't think that bass is that important. What do you think?

Thanks
Chris

Bass is always important. How important is a matter of personal taste. Consider the Onkyo 670. Bass will not dominate but will have kick when needed. Vann's did have this system for $329 with shipping included. Excellent buy for the money.
