Seems you are looking to buy the ht-r420 check for the following
THD ( Total harmonic distortion)
should not be greater then the value of 0.08% @ rated power .
{Total harmonic distortion is the disturbance or we can say noise introduced by the decoder or the amplifier into our clean DVD signal.)Sony and others sell systems which have a rated value of 10% which is of cource too much. The lesser percentage indicates the quality of the amplifier circuitry.

just a little information for ya. Taken from Onkyo's site about the TXSR502.
Power Output (8 ohm, 20 Hz-20 kHz, FTC): 75 Watts x 6 Channels.

8 ohm not 6.

Dear Rajesh,

I am a user from Shillong, Meghalaya. Looking for some HT equipment myself. Can you please give me the phone nos. for the Onkyo and JBL dealership in South Delhi. I believe the Onkyo showroom is in CR Park (I was in Delhi for 4 years). Where is the JBL dealership in South Delhi.

Thank You.
Sumit
