i recently got a 5750 from yamaha . right now i have a 301 set up for main speakers and surround ( that is right 4 at the same time ) what is your opinion at all ? cause i like movies and love my heavy rock music .

A decent speaker in my opinion but it is classified as a bookshelf speaker. Which means for home theatre or heavy rock music listening you are lacking on the low end. Since BOSE does not publish performance specs for any of it's speakers I couldn't tell you what their low end cutoff is. I'd suggest adding a powered subwoofer to your setup and take some time for proper location, level, and crossover settings on it to blend in with what you have.
