PSB 5T or Paradigm studio 20?

Performance wise, which would you audiophiles buy to pair with NAD T742?

Those are good choices you made - stereophile magazine said nad and psb is a good pairing, but if you prefer paradigm, go with that - you gotta be appy with your toys.

Either choices are good value in mid-fi.

But 5T is floor standing whereas studio 20 is bookshelf speakers. Which will sound better with NAD?

I would go with the 5T if your room is at all large. If you have a smaller listening space, the studio 20 might be better. I demo'd the 5T in my large room (20 x 30 x 20) and they filled the room with sound very well. I listened to the Studio 60 as well, and liked the studio 60, but they are not comparable in price.
