Am looking at purchasing either an NAD 742 or an HK325 and need a good small -WAF- sounding sub/sat system. I have done some research and found many that look good but need some advice from those who have actually listen to the different models. Oh, my budget is ~ $1000.

I have Acoustic Research AR HC6 set up in my room. They are arguably the best sub/sat under $1000. You may name Energy Take 5.2, Infinity, Paradigm and PSB. I still believe that my AR HC6 capable of competing to them head to head.
