I want to bridge my Denon integrated amp to my Crown power amp. The Crown amp has an output but I'm not sure where to connect it to on the Denon. Two choices are CD output, Tape output. Does anyone have an idea?

"The Crown amp has an output ... "

The Crown amp has an"input". It has speaker outputs.

The Denon must have a pre amp output for this to work properly. If it does not, then the Crown needs to have individual channel gain controls accessible to the user.

The pre amp outsif they exist on the Denon, are controlled by the volume control and the Denon becomes your pre amp selecting sources and adjusting volume. If there are no pre amp outs on the Denon, then the Crown must have gain or volume controls on the front panel. You then run the connection from the tape out of the Denon to the inputs on the Crown and use the Denon to switch sources and the Crown to control volume.

Honestly, if the Denon doesn't provide pre amp outs, it would be better to scrap the Denon and pick up an inexpensive/used pre amp.
