I am building an entertainment center to hold a 57" Samsung DLP TV as well as components and speakers. Will use a Marantz 7300 or 8300. Watch more DVD than music listening. Rear speakers are built-in and the room is 20x20 (moderate to highly reflective). R&L bookshelves can fit into 10x20x19 (HWD) and the center speaker into a 11x25x19 space. Also 18x21x19 space for subwoofers.
I am cosidering: Energy Veritas 2.2, 2.0C, VS10.2 or Paradigm Monitor 5, CC370, PW-2200 or Monitor Audio Silver S2, S-LCR, FB-210.
Again, since these are going into an entertainment center... Any opinions as to FRONT vs REAR porting ofbookshelf and center speakers? Also Front vs downfiring sub? And your opinion as to which speakers.
