Celestion F30 for $129 each....are they good speakers?

I'm helping out my girlfriends father build a surround system. He doesnt want to spend a lot of money and I saw these Celestions on best buy's website for $129 each. i was thinking about using these as the fronts for a 5.1 system. matched with the center, bookshelf rears, and 200Watt 8" sub, the system prices out at around $650. I've heard that celestion makes very good speakers from a coworker who is from England (celestion is a british company from what i understand). anyone ever listened to them?
