Newbie: buy Denon AVR-1804 or Marantz SR-5400

Which should I buy??? I just purchased Acoustic Research 5.1 speakers model AR HC-6 if that makes a difference. Thank you very much!

It has more power, features and connections and it sounds clearly better.
