Hi from Rome. I bought two days ago a new T773 and....surprise, it came with the orrible hum problem. I called the Italian support that told me to take it to the nearest support in my city. It is a known problem and it will be fixed rapidly. It is caused by an improper value of power in the power line at home (210-215 volts instead 220). The T773, T763, T753 are built without tolerance!!! Bye

Maurizio - I'm glad you are getting the problem resolved but, I gotta tell you, if I was in Rome I would be humming, too!
