Ok wait I got a question. Im getto and want some bass in my car but have to wait till next month to get the JL I want. Can I put my home speaker in my car for a day or two and play off like I got some nice subs in there? Will it fry my home speakers or my car amp?
I would say that generally no you shouldn't do that. most home speakers are 8 Ohms and car amps are rated for 4 ohms or less but this depends on the exact equipment you are working with and their rated specs. Give me some more info ghetto and you will have your answer.
