Paradigm s4 Amp/Pre-amp choices?

Hey guys, for the Paradigm s4's would a Mcintosh MA6300 integrated amp be a good choice? Any more affordable options that might better suit the s4's? Thanks! -Steve

Oh also I plan to only have a pair of the s4's for listening to music.

When the S4's were first out I listened to them with a McIntosh integrated. I do not remember which one it was but it sounded very good. Be sure and listen before you buy.

What about the Rotel RA-1062? would that be enough for the s4's. I sure like the price point of Rotel's equipment. -Steve

Yeah, I like Rotel too, Steve.
But compared to the Mac, it's Apples and undergarments.

Supposing I had a McIntosh MA6300, Studio 100's, then the Rotel CD player would I be hurting the overall sound quality by using a combo of the Rotel CD player with the Mac Integrated Amp? -Steve
