I have just installed a Project Audio K-4 cartridge for my Thorens TD-166 Mk2 turntable, I have noticed that on most LPs the arm begins to vibrate and skip. I have tried almost everything from aligning cartridge to adjusting suspension. Nothing Works!! Any clues???

A mismatched cartidge and tonearm combination will do what you are experiencing. How did you decide which cartridge to purchase?

Thanks for your response. Well, I had no other choice but to go for this, or else I had to wait for another month for a Shure M-97xe or an M-92.
Bad purchase :-( I should have looked into this before. Anyways, I'll keep searching to find something that would match the TP-11 MK-3 arm. Thanks again..Cheers!
