What headphones are good?

I just want to use them when everybody is sleeping to listen to tv or movies or music.

Thanks

I've had a set of Sennheiser HD570s for a few years. They sound pretty good, though not as much bass as some.
A good point about them is the very tough single cable. I used to get through a pair of 'phones every 18 months at one time - due to the cable becoming faulty.

Wireless 'phones are not much good usually, unless they have improved a lot recently.

I like my Grado SR80's but they definitely cannot compete with the high-end Sennheisers. Good headphones for someone on a budget though...

I personally like AKG headphones.
Also technics make good ones - 800 model.

Sennheiser and Grado. All the rest are poor imitations and wannabes. Just an opinion.

Clearly the 70's Koss PRO-4AA's are GREAT! The newer aren't bad, but have higher treble response.
