Timbre Matching for a sub-woofer and rear speakers

I have a Yamaha RX-V630 Amp (6.1) and just decided on Jamo E570 Floorstanders with Jamo ECen.5 Center speakers. As I understand, These speakers are critical to ensure timbre matching (correct me if I am wrong).

Can I now consider buying different make Sub, rear center and rear surrounds to cut costs? Would this really matter for timbre matching?

Jamo 570 handles 100watts at 4ohms. Is this a cause for concern since my Amp drives 150watts at 4ohms?

Please help.
