I am a wannabe Audiophile. After being not so happy with AM6 series II, I sold them and now I am looking for real speakers. There are somany speakers on offer and so many reviews which are driving me mad as I dont want to be wrong in making a selection this time.
Appreciate If anyone with good experiance with the subject could suggest me what speakers to go for. I own a YAMAHA RX-V620 5.1ch receiver with 100W per ch.
I was thinking of going for JBL E80 for my Main and BOSE 201s for my surround and JBL EC25 for centre. with Yamaha sw105 sub.
Please advise what you all think about conventional BOSE speakers (I know everyone hates AMs) The reason I wud choose them would be for their stereo anywhere, direct reflecting stuff. I think that sort of feature would be good for surround while watching movies and would fill my room when listening to music in 5ch mode.
