Missouri Post Number: 2757 Registered: Dec-06 | The only way to even get any kind of performance at all with that money is to have bought 6 of the EHQS series 12" drivers while they were in stock and mounted them in an infinite baffle, and that's assuming you have some wood lying around along with some old stereo receiver. If all you want is some rumble while watching movies, than perhaps this will be worth the money to you. If you want it to reproduce low frequencies fairly accurately for music, Sony would not be the product of choice. And unfortnutely, it would cost a bit more than $80. Is it worth it? If all you want it for is a little rumble for movies and video games, you're not an audiophile, the price is right and your expectations aren't exceedingly high, than I say go for it.
