I am a novice trying to put together my first home theater system and am not sure if this match up is going to work. The 602 is 7.1 85 watts per channel. Anyone have experience with this setup? Would I need a separate amp for the sub depending on what kind I go with? Any recommendations on a sub? I don't need something that is going to move the house. Thanks for any assistance.

You should be ok with the impedance of those speakers as long as you don't go nuts with the volume control during explosions. You want a powered subwoofer, Pete. Don't try to drive one with the 602 alone. An HSU or a Velodyne comes to mind. Outlaw, Klipsch.
