this is my second halo p3 preamp in about 1 month. first one had a wicked volume problem. turned it on and with the volume at zero the noise was so bad it sounded like lighting coming thru the speakers. the second halo has another volume control problem in that the right channel will not fully turn off. being that once the preamp hits zero on the volume control i can still hear noise from it. Is this possible? in any event i hope i didnt hurt my speakers.
