Pioneer Elite vsx-49txi vs. Denon 3805

I am wondering if I should spend a little more and trade in the Denon 3805 for the Pioneer Elite vsx-49txi. Will it sound better? More amps? Any thoughts?

The Elite is a much better match and will help tame the Klipsch brightness. Denon and Klipsch is one of the brightest combos you could find and to my ears is just really shrill. I would consider buying the new Elite 59txi from dyanco.com. A co-worker got one from them for $2499 with a full 2 year warranty. Great receiver.
