I'm looking to upgrade my aging Kenwood receiver. The new unit will be mated to a set of Klipsch KLF-series speakers. Judging from the consensus on this board, I'm considering the NAD T743 and the H/K AVR630.

It will be used for an even split of music/movies. Aside from sound quality, the features that will drive my decision are multi-room functionality and the design of the remote. Can anyone offer some insight as to which way I should be leaning?

The T743 has no multiroom, but the remote is very good. The AVR630 is a much beefier model, it has more power, 7.1, PL2x upgrade on the way, a very complex remote, Dolby Headphone etc. I haven't really heard the AVR630, but I believe it sounds good enough to be chosen over T743. To have a fair comparison you should take T753 or T763 against AVR630.
