NAD T762/3 dead channels

Been having a problem with my NAD T763 - one of the surround channels has gone dead. Tried swapping cables and speakers, and it's definitely the receiver. Funny thing is, I previously had a NAD T762 and it was delivered with 4 dead channels (it was a bad refurb).

Is there anyway my speakers could be causing this, or is it just bad luck (or a design fault with the NAD range????). My speakers are Dynaudio Audience, brand new.

I had the same problem with a brand new T763 a couple of months ago. Front left channel went dead when using anything other than analog Stereo. I knew it was the DSP board since I could still hear the bass redirect from the center channel.

I sent it in for service, they replaced the DSP board and have not had any problems since.

That's what warranties are for.

Don't think it's the DSP board - it fails when playing analog signals (eg from SACD) and the channel test.

Just a bit strange that I've had two NADS with dead channels...
