Laptop amp? any ideas

hey everyone,

i am presently looking to buy an amp(well i think thats what i am looking for!) so i can hook up some speakers to my laptop. so i
was just wondering if any of you guys have any sugestions on which ones i should be considering! **keeping in mind i am a student and would like to pay as little as possible** the sound would not have to be unbelievable but defintely not shitty!

any help would be much appreciated!
also if you know any good web addresses or this kind of shoppin please let me know!

well aran any will do want it to do.

you just need a jack like headphone to come from
your laptop to double rca "male" to go to an amp.

all you need is a standard 2 channel amp.
of whatever power you want.

You might want to get something like this setup.

This improves the sound of your computer so that your amplified sound will be good quality.

This is a nice receiver - orginally $300 (Receiver is an amp + radio)

For under $300, you will be able to get a pretty good sound.

The audiosource amp is good also, but I would add the Yamaha Cavit to really get good sound.
