Hi have jus got marantz cinema 70s, also have dali oberon 5's, and pair of q acoustics 3020's. Can I put active/ powered speakers as my surround? honestly feel out of my comfort zone shud i jus stick with my wiim amp as its only my tv & firestick as inputs?
You can hookup active/powered speakers as surround speakers as long as connected via pre-out from Marantz, which requires a long RCA cable (not speaker wire) to the back of the room.
However, both speakers you mentioned are passive and would connect via speaker wire from the Marantz.
