Hello everyone,, I have a question regarding the above mentioned bluetooth speakers. In my country (NL) there is a discount on the megaboom 3 resulting in the two speakers almost costing the same. I cant make a choice, sound quality is most important for me (i dont care for the other features). I cant really find any good comparisson videos... Which speaker has the best sound quality? I know that de charge 4 has better bass and the megaboom 3 is louder in the mid frequencies but which one has overal the best sound? (I listen to techno/house and rap but also less bass heavy music as jazz and lounge music). Thanks!!!
I listened to both side by side, along with several others. The UE Megaboom sounds significantly better than everything I head, to my ears anyway. The JBL was second best, but it was pretty much average sounding. The rest were worse.
I bought the Megaboom a few months ago. Zero complaints, zero regrets. It sounds very good for not being a traditional stereo.
