I Put in the NEX II and connected the USB cable but nothing came up. I then downloaded your software but what do I open the software with? It doesn't recognize the USB for some reason and all I have on the CD is wmp, the jukebox, and another folder. The folder has a program in it but I don't know what to open it with.. So what should I do?
