I've been trying to use Krell Showcases DVD for a CD player. I connected it to McIntosh MX132 using an optical cable. I used the top slot (CD) on the leftend of the back panel of MX132 and I don't hear anything. It is in Zone A. Is there anything I need to check or set up first? Or, is there any better connection for a good sound? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance, you guys!
You probably need to go into the set up menus on both components and switch "on" the optical in/outs. If that doesn't do the job, don't you have a deler from which you purchased one of these components who can provide some after the sale assistance?
