hi there i have had a stereo system for a long time now which
consisted of a denon pma250se amp and eltax symphony 4.2 speakers. down the line i had to change my bass drivers with spare ones of the same size as the old ones perished over time . the ones i replaced them with were pioneer components which were ment for my car .. now i have a 5.1 receiver {Yamaha rx-v367 } which is 100watts/ch at 6ohms and i also have a set of pioneer shs 100 surround speakers i wanted to use the eltax as my main front speakers but i don't know whether i should use the crossover which is built in the speaker box or the one that came with the pioneer.. both crossovers are passive 2 way .. any help would be appreciated

.

I don't understand your question. Why not just buy a decent set of speakers and use that?
