Hey randy_legendre420@hotmail.com the same thing happend to my receiver. All i did was took off the front panel and a little red light came on and i pushed it down and my reciever shut off, so i tried turning it back on and it work so i programmed the pirate card again it it work. But bell phoned me up and blah blah... Now since i lied to them its all good now so give it a try. if nothing happenes you can e-mail me back at bulletproofchamp@yahoo.ca
