Hello everyone. My mother has an older set (maybe early 1980's?) of Wharfdale E30's that are in desperate need of being refurbished. Does anyone know of anywhere you can get parts for refurbishing these old speakers?

Woofer surrounds are available for DIY and MOST crossover parts, too. Inductors may be a problem if non-standard values were used.

Drivers? That's probably gonna' be a real hassle.

My brother had W70e from a long time ago. Nice.

Yeah I haven't hooked them up or heard them recently, but I'm pretty sure they need new surrounds, or maybe even new drivers. The speakers are back home in North Dakota and I am in Japan right now, so I am unable to actively work on them. They are very nice and well built speakers, but they are just worn out from decades of use. She also has a Pioneer receiver powering them that is from the same series as the Pioneer SX-1980, but not as powerful (I can't remember the model number right now).
