Hi Guys,
Was offered a HKAVR154 5x30w or 2X40w.
Got it offered for 50 bran new practically and was looking for a new as my old blew.
So question is, i have Wharfedale 9.4's 6 ohms. Would this receiver match ok considering i live in an apartment and never play floor rattling levels? It will only be used as 2.1!

I know, that was what i was thinking but still i was a little concerned about the power. I auditioned my Wharfedales hooked up to one of the Denon stereo receiver, can't remember the model number but remember the price tag be 999.00 and fell in love with the speakers! Things you never heard before you know!

Anyways, went to the local and auditioned a couple and going from Onkyo, Denon, Yamaha mostly 5.1 or 7.1 since stereo seems to be scarce i fell over the HK 3490 and holy crap, that was like night and day. Had the guy switch from receiver to receiver with Mordaunt short speakers and while they all sounded good the HK was unbelievable, can't wait to see how it will work with my 9.4's.

Had to be ordered in, shoudl be arriving this week so my review will follow!
